1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of the service date.
  • Refunds cover service charges only. Diagnostic, inspection, and visit charges are strictly non-refundable.
  • The issue reported is verified as unresolved, despite reasonable attempts by our technicians to fix it.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Alternatively, call our support team at +91 93360 56426 to initiate your request.
  3. All refund requests must be accompanied by proof of payment and a clear explanation of the concern.

3. Processing of Refunds

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment used during booking.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges are non-refundable and fall outside the scope of this policy:

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees.
  • Service visit charges.
  • Consumables and replacement parts installed during service.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund of service charges (excluding visit fees).
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee.

6. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to refunds will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
