1) Service Area

FreezeProTech provides AC repair and maintenance services across India. Service availability may vary based on technician coverage in certain regions.

2) Payment Terms

Customers are required to make full payment immediately after completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, cards, Razorpay, and PayPal. Invoices will be provided for every completed job.

3) Workmanship Guarantee

All services are covered under a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If an issue arises due to poor workmanship within 30 days:

• FreezeProTech will provide corrective service at no additional cost.
• The guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to the original service provided.
• Parts and consumables are excluded from this guarantee unless specified otherwise.

4) Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

• Diagnostic or inspection fees
• Technician visit charges
• Consumables used during the service

5) Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely service delivery, customers must:

• Provide technicians with proper access to the service location.
• Ensure safe working conditions at the site.
• Disclose any pre-existing issues or known problems with the AC unit.
• Follow post-service care instructions provided by FreezeProTech technicians.

6) Limitation of Liability

FreezeProTech is not responsible for damages, losses, or issues caused by:

• Pre-existing conditions or hidden faults in the appliance
• Misuse, negligence, or failure to follow usage guidelines
• Third-party interference, repairs, or unauthorized modifications
• Natural wear and tear of parts or consumables

7) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
